Sugar Land Rotary Holds Shrimp Fest on Saturday, September 12, at 5:00 p.m.
“We’re bringing the community and world together with positive results!”
Please come to Sugar Land Rotary’s ShrimpFest 2009 on Saturday, September 12, beginning at - 5:00 p.m. at the comfortable, air-conditioned Fluor Building complex, One Fluor Daniel Drive, in Sugar Land just off Highway 6. It’s an enjoyable feast of boiled shrimp and fried catfish!
“The food’s great, but the impact you can make for our community is even greater, especially in light of the Hurricane recovery efforts,” said Scott Finley, President Sugar Land Rotary. “Your support along with the tireless efforts of Rotary volunteers helps to provide timely responses to those in need. Thank you for your support in the past, and we’d appreciate your help again this year,” Finley said.
By participating in ShrimpFest, you will enjoy more than a popular feast, you will also find an opportunity to give back to the community and especially those in need. All proceeds from the event will benefit Sugar Land Rotary charities. Remember, ShrimpFest starts at 5:00 p.m. and the food will be served until 8 p.m. The Live Auction and Raffle Drawing start at 6:30 p.m.
